Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Sanat Mekanı.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all kit components included.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and provide your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Non-returnable Items
Products that have been used, assembled, altered, or returned with missing components may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us before sending any return.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. After shipment, the applicable return policy will apply.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers
Where applicable, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer protection laws and statutory exceptions. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
